Wow, what a pageant it was!
The Miss Perham and Miss Heart Of The Lakes pageants were held in conjunction with one another this past Friday, and I am glad I was not a judge. Every one of the girls did an outstanding job, and they should be very proud of themselves. Unfortunately, only one contestant can be crowned queen in each contest, but every one of you is a winner in my eyes. Congratulations to all of you.
I am going to run for another term as mayor of the great city of Perham. Also, our two incumbent city council members have decided to run again, and that is great.
